Unfortunately we had lately to make the experience that by changes of the supplier structures, grown competences for quality materials have been on risk to get lost worldwide.
To secure our high quality demand of all these materials is a challenge for our company.

No „keen eyes“ can recognise damages on the hairs. A few months ago we therefore started to use a digital microscope, which helps us with thousandfold magnification to discover these damages on the incoming materials.

The above comparison shows healthy badger hairs as well as sections of hairs damaged in growth or by environmental influence.

Thus, our digital microscope proves itself day by day.
