Brushes wider than 150 mm are often intensively used and the fact that painters leave the brush in water/solvents after use is a big challenge for the handle/brush head assembly.
We at have identified this problem and therefore developed a new production technique – .
This system optimizes the handle/brush head fit. Rivets help to join handle and metal ferrule and guarantee a strong assembly. In addition the special handle design, that penetrates into the glue inside the brush, makes the tool long-lasting and reliable.

Series 2470 – width: 150, 200, 300, 400 and 500
Series 2475 – width: 150, 200, 300, 400 and 500
Series 5025 – width: 150, 200, 300, 400 and 500
Series 5040 – width: 150, 200, 300, 400 and 500
Series 5080 – width: 150, 200, 300, 400 and 500
